Deben View is on the first floor, a relaxing apartment, with spacious rooms and inspiring outlook. It has its own exclusive wooden verandah, accessible from the master bedroom, kitchen and sitting room, fabulous for alfresco breakfasts and a great place to sit in the evening, watching the magnificent sunsets. There are tales that some of the Sutton Hoo treasure was kept under the bed in these rooms before Mrs Pretty donated it to the nation.

There is also a shared grassed sitting area with views towards Woodbridge and there is access to many walks on the estate, including a private path leading down to the nearby pub and restaurant.
