The larger of the two apartments on the second floor of Tranmer House, it has a great feeling of space and is marvellously light and homely. Like the other apartments, the views are wonderful, overlooking the open heath and woodland and Kyson too is superbly located for peaceful evening strolls around the estate walks to the River Deben. Local facilities, including both unique and traditional shops and restaurants, are close by in Woodbridge.

Second Floor: hallway, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (1 with 4' 6 bed, 1 double with 6' bed, 1 twin) and bathroom with attachment over bath. There is a new shower room (cubicle with electric shower) with basin and lavatory at the end of the hall, adjacent and on the same level as the three bedrooms.
