It would be hard to imagine a more idyllic and picturesque spot for a holiday than Hemmick. An isolated Victorian cottage, built on the site of an earlier fishing hamlet that was demolished by the mid 19th century, it sits alone right on the edge of one of south Cornwall's most beautiful beaches. This is a simple, small and traditional cottage in one of the most perfect locations imaginable.
Hemmick Beach is perfect for children, with sand and rock pools galore and, at low tide secret picnic places behind rocky outcrops. The coast path is right outside the front door, with marvellous walks across National Trust land. The nearest pub and shops are in Gorran Haven a mile and a half away.
Ground Floor: entrance porch, sitting room with multi-fuel stove, dining room, kitchen, utility room.
First Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed, 1 twin), both with fantastic views of Hemmick Beach, bathroom with shower over bath.

Visitor Notes: Night storage heating downstairs and electric panel heaters upstairs. Parking available for two cars across the lane in a gated area. The cottage has a small garden to the front of the cottage which is enclosed and a large shed suitable for storing bicycles, surfboards etc. There is access from the cottage garden to the beach.
