Built in the 16th century, Holeslack Farmhouse is a Grade II listed building retaining many original and unique features including a spiral staircase and 17th-century oak cupboards. The house has a great garden space, with distant views of the Castle and surrounding countryside. Holeslack is a spacious and welcoming house for family groups situated in a perfect location just 15 minutes from Windermere and 10 minutes from the market town of Kendal; with easy access to the Winster and Lyth valleys; a beautiful area for walking and cycling.

Ground Floor: large farmhouse kitchen with oil fired Rayburn, dining room, sitting room with multi-fuel stove. First Floor: four bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins), bathroom and shower room, both with lavatories.

Facilities
Television, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, cot, high chair, freezer.



Visitor Notes:
oil central heating included. Washing machine in the adjoining outhouse. Final approach is via a steep downhill track so arrival in daylight is recommended. Water pressure in the cottage can vary at certain times of the year.
