Little Chert was built as a detached guest annex for Chert which is located next to it. It is situated within the quiet residential area of St Lawrence under a mile from the sea. It is a small and unique 1970's house with monochrome interiors using the colours of the era together with natural stone and mosiacs.

Ground floor; Entrance hall, bathroom with shower over bath, sitting/dining room/bedroom with 5' wall bed, kitchen.

Night storage heating included. Small open plan garden. There is an open garden between Chert and Little Chert and on the Chert side there is a pond.
