The impressive exterior and the range of barns and other vernacular buildings gives an indication of its earlier status and grandeur. Inside, guests are welcomed by huge oak beams, stone tiled floors, wide boarded oak and elm floors and leaded windows.
Ground Floor: hall with oil-burning stove, parlour with Esse wood-burning stove, kitchen, sitting room with wood-burning stove, utility room and separate lavatory.
First Floor: front and back landing, five bedrooms (porch bedroom with small 4'6'' Jacobean tester bed, main bedroom with Victorian 4 poster bed, 2 large doubles - 1 with 5' bed and 1 with 6' bed which can also be a twin on request, 1 twin), two bathrooms (1 with slipper bath and separate shower cubicle, 1 with shower over bath).
