This intriguing and isolated 15th-century stone building lies in the heart of the wooded Herefordshire countryside on the beautiful Brockhampton estate. This chocolate box cottage is surrounded by a pretty woodland garden and is accessed via a wooden footbridge over a stream. The town of Bromyard is within easy distance of the cottage.

Ground Floor: kitchen/dining room, sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. First Floor: Two bedrooms (walk through double on the landing, with exposed beams, leading 1 single) and bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Facilities
Microwave, dishwasher, cot, highchair.

Visitor Notes:
oil central heating included. The cottage is approached by an uneven farm track to a hard-standing area for one car; we do not advise using low slung vehicles on the track. There is a footbridge over a stream into the garden which is unfenced, so children should be supervised. Arrival in daylight is recommended. There is no television at this cottage.
