Visitors' Book - Old Mill Cottage

This cottage is excellent for getting away from it all.
We didn't miss the TV...a brilliant chance to re-aquaint ourselves with our teenage daughter, playing board games, reading & enjoying some brilliant walks. Our late night torch-lit walk was very atmospheric...but I don't think the sheep liked it.

Hope the next occupants liked the pumpkins we left.

The cottage was beautiful and we had two days of snow when we were th ere in January 2009. The cottage in the snow was like a scene from Narnia. Beautiful walks around the estate but watch the uneven track with your car - very uneven - especially in bad weather - even so such a beautiful spot. Was like staying in the gingerbread house !!!

The photos do not do the cottage justice at all. the cottage was so nice in lots of ways. read the visitors book is a must!!!! lots of nice people just having a nice quiet relaxing time.we all had a lovely time. and our dog SWEEP.
