A charming semi-detached 19th-century cottage with accommodation on three floors. Located just outside the ancient village of Quatt in the beautiful South Shropshire countryside, on the edge of the Dudmaston Estate. Off the beaten track it is a great location with extensive walks along the river Severn. With the old range in the lounge and brass bed in the master bedroom there is a real feel of a bygone age. The cottage has its own small garden and patio area, and even a cave in the sandstone cliff behind.
Fishing is available along the river Seven, subject to availability and a rod licence.

Ground Floor: entrance hall, sitting/dining room and kitchen leading to patio area. First Floor: bedroom (double with 5' bed) and bathroom with shower over bath. Second Floor: twin bedroom.

Visitor Notes:
Night storage heating included, there is parking for two cars next to the cottage. Please note the staircases are steep, but do have a handrail. Access to the cottage is down a steep and rough track which is not suitable for low slung vehicles. Please also note shooting takes place on the estate in season.
