Message:

We loved our stay at Diston's Cottage during our October 2010 visit to England. We have visited Snowshill several times on past visits to the UK and we always admired the beautiful row of National Trust Cottages in the village. We are so pleased to now have had an opportunity to stay in one of the cottages and hope to return for another visit.

We stayed at beautiful Diston's Cottage for our honeymoon in mid-May 2008. We had such a wonderful week, with walks from the cottage and in the surrounding valleys, admiring a few properties, castles and ruins along the way. There was plenty to see and do, all within 1/2 hour drive of the cottage - Cotswold Wildlife Park comes highly recommended! The cottage is a picturesue and perfect base to explore the fabulous Cotsolds - we found it so cosy and welcoming on our return each day. The Snowshill Arms also comes highly recommended, we ate there 3 nights out of 6! We hope to return to the area in the not too distant future - we suspect there is much more to discover in this area...

Message:

Had 3 wonderful days at Diston's cottage in February. The cottage was warm and cosy and amazingly well equipped. The welcoming touches of fresh flowers, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and logs for the fire were lovely, and Truffle was thrilled to find dog biscuits to welcome her too.
Nearby Broadway had some lovely restaurants and there is also a village pub just opposite the cottage. We intend to return when the Lavender fields around the corner are in flower.
