Bog Cottage is positioned within the wonderful gardens of Upton House. Originally a banqueting house it was converted to a cottage by Viscount Bearsted when he created Bog Garden, which it overlooks, in the 1930's. Constructed in warm red brick some 300 years ago, the lofty interior gives it a jolly garden party feel.
Ground Floor: entrance into hallway, utility room with lavatory. One spacious room combining the kitchen with Rangemaster electric cooker, dining and sitting room.
First Floor: two bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed and 1 twin), bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

Visitor Notes: oil central heating included. There is a very pretty private garden and parking is available for one car at the end of the path leading to the cottage.
