These opening times may be subject to change. We are closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday. Please note that calls provided by BT are charged at 5p per minute at all times when calling from within the UK. Mobile phones and other providers' costs may vary. To help us continually improve our service, we may monitor or record your telephone calls with us.

 


Booking

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Your booking will only be made in accordance with the terms and conditions. Bookings can be made by telephone or to our Contact Centre. We require a deposit of one third of the cottage rental and we will give you a booking reference number. Deposit payments can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to the National Trust and sent to the address above. It is possible to hold a provisional booking which will be held for 7 days only.  After this time, if the deposit has not been received it will be released. When we receive your deposit we will send you a Confirmation Invoice that details the booking you have made together with details of the balance required and the due date.  No further remainders will be sent. If your reservation is within 6 weeks of the holiday start date, full payment will be required at time of booking. Instructions of how to reach your cottage and contact telephone numbers will be sent to you a few weeks prior to your holiday. We recommend all customers take out personal travel insurance to cover any eventualities on holiday and cancellation. All payments can only be accepted in pounds sterling and.  All bookings will be subject to a non-refundable security charge of £10 per booking, to cover minor damages and breakages.  Please see our terms and conditions (clause 13) for more details.
