| | | | Visitors' Book - Low HallgarthLittle Langdale nr Coniston Lake District | From: | Sarah Harrison | | Message: | A great 'getting away from it' cottage - very remote and the NT have done a very good job of keeping the cottage in a traditional style. Very cosy with fireplaces in both the lounge and bedroom. Ideal for those who enjoy walking. Take lots of food and drink, the cottage is quite a walk from the nearest pub! |
From: | Claire, Michael and Alice Boshier | | Message: | We have just returned home from staying in your wonderful cottage in Low Hallgarth in the Lakes. We have had a wonderful weekend and although the weather hasn't been at its best you still could not ignore the fantastic setting. The cottage although in a remote location has everything you need for a comfortable stay and with the feel that you have completely gotten away from everything. Although no TV our 2 year old had a fab time. Who needs cbeebies when you have low hallgarth!!! Thanks for a great time. March 2004 |
From: | John | | Message: | A truly wonderful cottage, with breathtaking views of the Tilbertheaite and Wrynose Fells from the front window. The cottage is a genuine step back in time with a few mod cons thrown in. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys solitude and the Lake District. |
