This remote, rustic and peaceful cottage, once a farmhouse, is situated at the head of the beautiful Duddon valley. It retains its hidden character - to reach it, visitors must walk the last 230 metres from the working farm, crossing the Tarn Beck on the wooden footbridge. There are splendid views of the Seathwaite Fells.
Ground Floor: kitchen, sitting/dining room with open fire in an old cottage range, shower room with lavatory.
First Floor: three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single).

Visitor Notes: night storage heating included. There is a small walled garden and grassed area in front of the cottage.
