Furnished in traditional Victorian style, this spacious three-bedroom cottage faces to the south and has splendid views over the historic parkland to the Coquet Valley and the Simonside Hills beyond. Park cottage is situated in the most southerly part of the Cragside Estate and guests have easy access to the formal gardens and hilly woodland.

Ground Floor: entrance hall, ground floor bedroom (1 double with 5' bed), bathroom with traditional cast iron bath and shower cubicle, large sitting room with open fire, dining room with open fire, kitchen, inner hall with stairs. First Floor: two bedrooms (2 twins) in the eaves, bathroom with shower over bath.

Visitor Notes:
laundry room to the rear; also for use by Garden Cottage guests. Gas central heating included. There is an open lawn area shared with Garden Cottage. Occasionally in periods of bad weather the television transmitter can be affected and therefore the television reception at the cottage can be lost or very poor. Guests have access to the grounds except in extreme weather conditions and/or forestry operations or maintenance are taking place in certain areas.
