High Hazels is one of two holiday cottages standing at the heart of the Elizabethan Hardwick Hall estate and dates back to Bess of Hardwick times. It pre-dates the new hall and was formerly the estates brewhouse, retaining 16th-century details.
Ground Floor: entrance hall leading to kitchen, sitting room with multi-fuel stove and sofa bed, dining room and fully adapted shower room.
First Floor: three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with 5' antique half tester mahogany bed and 1 with 5' antique brass bed, 1 twin), large bathroom with shower cubicle and separate lavatory and also a second separate lavatory.
Second Floor: through landing with sofa leading to three bedrooms (1 single, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom with 5' bed).

Television, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, high chair, freezer.
Visitor Notes: oil central heating included. There is an enclosed garden laid to lawn and parking for 3 cars in the stable courtyard.
