The sitting room is upstairs to make the best of these views. Beyond lies extensive woodland and the valley of the River Trent.

Ground Floor: dining room with multi-fuel stove, kitchen, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath. First Floor: sitting room and a double bedroom (with 5' bed).

oil central heating included. Large partially enclosed garden, mostly laid to grass. Garage off access lane at the bottom of the path leading to cottage.
