Second Floor: private entrance door, entrance lobby, open plan sitting/dining room with enormous south facing window and kitchen; master bedroom (half-tester 5' bed), bathroom with shower cubicle, roll-top iron bath, lavatory and washbasin. The 'add on' bedroom is designed for use by one extra guest, as it is adjacent to the apartment entrance: single iron-framed bed with armchair, small table and wash basin.

Both apartments have the use of the summerhouse and walled gardens at the front of the Hall, by the river, out of hours and when not required for an estate function.
