Ground Floor: kitchen/dining room and sitting room with with electric wood burner style fire. First Floor: two bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) and bathroom with electric shower over bath.

Visitor Notes:
Gas central heating included. There is a shared lawn area to the rear. From 1st December 2011 there will be a digital television with a full selection of channels and good reception.
