This delightful thatched cottage dates back from 1770. It has been restored retaining the original doorways, floors and low beamed ceilings using traditional methods and materials. The cottage provides holiday makers with an ideal base for exploring the Lincolnshire coastline and picturesque local villages.

Enclosed garden with access to an orchard. This cottage retains many original features and therefore the stairs are very steep and some of the door and beams are low.
