Ground Floor: entrance hall, sitting room with wood-burning stove, dining room, kitchen, utility and separate lavatory. First Floor: four bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed, 1 double with 6' bed which can also be a twin on request, 1 twin and 1 single) and bathroom with shower over bath.

There is a large garden to the front of the cottage with a patio area, cottage garden borders and large lawn. It has an enchanting view looking towards Stembridge Tower Mill and open countryside beyond. Parking is available for three cars.
