The larger of the two apartments on the second floor of Tranmer House, it has a great feeling of space and is marvellously light and homely. Like the other apartments, the views are wonderful, overlooking the open heath and woodland on one side and boats gently swaying in Woodbridge Marina on the other. Kyson is superbly located for peaceful evening strolls around the estate towards the river Deben and down to the nearby Wilford Bridge pub and restaurant. Local facilities, include both unique and traditional shops and restaurants all within a short distance of the wonderful Suffolk coast.

Second Floor: hallway, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with with 6' bed, 1 twin) and bathroom with attachment over bath. There is a new shower room (cubicle with electric shower) with basin and lavatory at the end of the hall, adjacent and on the same level as the three bedrooms. There are four steps down to the landing leading to all three bedrooms.
