Many, many, years ago when I was a teenager,I use to come with my parents to Niton. We camped on a grassy ledge, right next to the cottage. We had a wonderful time here and came every summer for about five years. We knew the family from Knowles Farm, before the cottage became N.T. We have wonderful memories of this beautiful part of the I.O.W.

Comfortable Cottage in a great location. Cottage very clean and well equiped. Bathroom fairly basic but clean. Cottage is ideal for young children. Lots of wildlife, loads of rabbits, cows nearly on your doorstep and badgers. A lovely short walk to a stoney beach. So much to do in this area for young children and very peaceful and not too overcrowded if you are lucky enough to be able to go out of the school holidays. Absolutely wonderful holiday. Will definate return to Knowles Farm.

A cosy cottage even in stormy January. Great pub nearby for food and warm fires and good beer. The location and lighthouse make it quite unique.
