We loved the drive up to the cottage and the setting of the cottage itseld was brilliant. Not much of a view at all from the cottage, but the downs and their infinity ocean views are minutes away and on the leeward side, the view to the southern English coast is an equal pleasure. We loved the walks, drives around the island, gazing at the needles, the cozy fire and the feel of being remote yet connected.

Lovely cottage in such a wonderful position and really knocked us for six on seeing it. Weather not at its best but any holiday is what you make it. Beautiful scenery and walks, also the Old Battery very interesting. Travelled to places all over the island so uplifting seeing such beautiful places. This is the first time we've holidayed with the NT and very enjoyable it was too.
