Once the home of the ferryman for My Lady Ferry; this riverside cottage has enchanting views across the Thames and direct access to the walks available through the Cliveden estate. This cottage is full of character and very comfortable. It has a large patio area looking out over the river and is a short distance to our other holiday let, New Cottage.
Ground Floor: sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room with French doors to patio, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and bathroom with shower over bath.
Facilities
Telephone, microwave, television, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, highchair
Visitor Notes: night storage heating included. Parking for two cars is 20 metres from the cottage. This cottage is not recommended for young children since the river bank is unfenced. River path is a public footpath.
Access to the cottage is down a public track/road that, in severe winter conditions, can be difficult to negotiate. In periods of very bad weather we may not be able to prepare the cottage for your stay. Every effort will be made to ensure the drive down to the cottage is accessible, however you may find you are unable to access the cottage safely. If this is the case we will contact you in advance and discuss options with you.
