Standing on the banks of the upper reaches of the River Thames, on the Cliveden estate with its outstanding woodland and riverside walks, this delightful cottage is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. It has a small garden overlooking the river - a wonderfully peaceful setting and yet under an hour from London.

Ground Floor: sitting room with wood-burning stove and large kitchen/dining room. First Floor: two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and bathroom with shower over bath.

This cottage is not recommended for young children since the river bank is unfenced. River path is a public footpath.

Access to the cottage is down a public track/road that, in severe winter conditions, can be difficult to negotiate. In periods of very bad weather we may not be able to prepare the cottage for your stay. Every effort will be made to ensure the drive down to the cottage is accessible, however you may find you are unable to access the cottage safely. If this is the case we will contact you in advance and discuss options with you.
