Woodlands Cottage is in the heart of Nymans Woods. Built in 1863 it was once the home of the estate game keeper. This is a real out of the way retreat surrounded by beautiful woodland with walks and lakes, within an hour of London and 30 minutes from Brighton and the Sussex Coast.

Ground Floor: entrance hall, utility room, sitting/dining room and kitchen. First Floor: two bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed, 1 twin) and bathroom with shower over bath.
