| Message: | The cottage was very cosy and surprisingly spacious for a 2 bed. Lovely views out of the double room, which was really tranquil in the mornings. The kitchen was very well equiped and a good size, the lounge was nice, if a little basic and the furnishings a bit thrown together. Nice garden, and very peaceful and quiet day & night.
Good for walks to Swanage by footpaths, but a little treachorous to get into Studland on foot as the road is busy. The beach at Studland is beautifully long and sandy. Great for kids and dogs and coffee stops!
Many thanks to the caretakers, who surprised us on the 2nd day by leaving a ready-prepared log fire for us as we were struggling to get one to light on the previous evening! And thanks for the flowers and welcome tray, much appreciated. |
