The underfloor heating downstairs makes it very toasty - warm stone flooring in the kitchen and warm wood and rugs in the sitting room!. We didn't really need the stove but lit it anyway! The house is well furnished with lovely bedrooms.
The area is well used by bird watchers - there are 2 bird watching huts in walking distance with fine views over the water. There were also plenty of deer roaming just outside the cottages.
I would recommend Arne nature reserve. We also enjoyed collecting fossils at Kimmeridge Bay.
