From: | The illingworths | | Message: | Just returned from a week in this beautiful cottage - I am now a national trust convert - highlights for me were the apple and pear trees, the strong sense of history in the garden, the stair gate to keep the dog in the kitchen - brilliant. Loved godolphin estate - a drive away, but welcoming of dogs and children. Disappointed though that so many of the beaches were not dog friendly - made it very difficult to find safe beaches for the children - can't help feeling this part of Cornwall has it's priorities wrong here, so we won't be back, for this reason. |

Perfect for the dogs with the large garden and fabulous walking right from the door. The Bar is tranquil and then there is the almighty breaking of the atlantic waves just the other side - amazing. Thanks NT for yet another excellent cottage. |
