Doyden House has a curious history. Built by a former prison governor at the beginning of the twentieth century, he chose the location for its panoramic views across Port Quin Bay, having spotted it from a fishing boat. Whilst the popular surfing beach of Polzeath is nearby, with all its gregarious pleasures, Doyden House enjoys a wonderfully secluded location: for uninterrupted views of the ocean and immediate access to the coast path, look no further. The house comprises four comfortable apartments, arranged over two floors, all tastefully furnished and with magnificent sea views. The grassy area around the house is perfect for soaking up the sun and the views on summer days, but the real fires will add a warm and comforting touch on those days when the Atlantic storms lash the coast. The rockpools and beach in the inlet of Port Quin are just a few minutes walk away. The popular surfing beach of Polzeath is nearby. Conor is South facing towards Pentire Head.

Ground Floor: hall, sitting/dining room with open fire, spacious kitchen, double bedroom (with 5' bed), bathroom with separate shower cubicle.

Facilities
Television, cot, high chair, freezer, shared telephone, shared washing machine, shared tumble dryer.

Visitor Notes:
Night storage heating and convector heating included. Ample, level parking outside Doyden House.

For any 2 night starting on a Friday, or 3 night starting on a Thursday, guests can benefit from a late departure time on the Sunday of 6pm, at no extra charge.
