Overhaven is a spacious and comfortably furnished cottage in a rural setting. 10 minutes walk to Pentireglaze beach or 5 minutes drive to Polzeath, one of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace or on the front lawn with the magnificent sea and countryside views rolling away before you.
For larger groups and families, both Overhaven and West Cottage (011037) are just opposite each other, with Overhaven being roomy enough for get togethers.

Ground Floor: hall, large sitting room with open fire and slate floor, kitchen/dining room, cloakroom with lavatory. First Floor: three bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed, 1 double with 6' bed which can also be a twin on request, 1 twin), bathroom, shower room with lavatory.

Visitor Notes:
Night storage heating and convector heating included. Parking opposite the cottage. Small garden in front of the cottage with an enclosed courtyard at rear. French door from sitting room to terrace and garden.

For any 2 night starting on a Friday, or 3 night starting on a Thursday, guests can benefit from a late departure time on the Sunday of 6pm, at no extra charge.
