Perfectly positioned between the vibrant bustle of Falmouth and the tranquil beauty of the Helford, Mawnan Smith is a pretty village with shops and a popular thatched pub. Glebe Cottage is situated along a quiet sequestered lane that leads to Mawnan Church, which stands guard over the entrance to the Helford. Once a rectory barn, this romantic old building has masses of character, including a galleried landing that looks down into a beamed open-plan living area. The Trusts garden at Glendurgan is within walking distance, and there are lovely coastal walks around the entrance to the Helford River and out to Rosemullion Head.

Ground Floor: large, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. First Floor: one bedroom (with 5' double bed), bathroom with shower over bath.

Facilities
Television, washing machine, cot, high chair.

Visitor Notes:
Night storage heating and convector heating included.

For any 2 night starting on a Friday, or 3 night starting on a Thursday, guests can benefit from a late departure time on the Sunday of 6pm, at no extra charge.
