Part of the original Gwendra farmhouse, a handsome traditional Cornish dwelling, Gwendra Wartha is a comfortable holiday cottage with a private garden. Set above the rest of the old farming hamlet (wartha is Cornish for higher), this cottage has uninterrupted views of the sea and across Gerrans Bay from all its rooms but the bathroom. To make the most of its wonderful position, the sitting room is upstairs.

Ground Floor: porch, hall, two bedrooms (1 double with 5' bed, 1 small single), bathroom with shower over bath (low head room). First Floor: sitting room with open fire, kitchen/diner.

Visitor Notes:
Night storage heating and convector heating included. The travel cot can only be used in the double bedroom. Environmentally friendly briquettes can be purchased at the cottage for use on the fire.

For any 2 night starting on a Friday, or 3 night starting on a Thursday, guests can benefit from a late departure time on the Sunday of 6pm, at no extra charge.
