One of a pair of farm cottages, Crockers Cottage is to be found down a narrow country lane near Coleton Fishacre. This is a delightfully quiet and secluded situation, in the midst of undulating farmland; you could be in the middle of nowhere, and yet some of South Devons finest coast is close by, as is the beautiful Dart estuary and the lively charms of Kingswear and Dartmouth. The cottage has a small, private garden to the side and a lawn at the front.

Ground Floor: open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with solid fuel stove. First Floor: three bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles), bathroom.

Visitor Notes:
There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the cottage, with additional parking about 100 metres away. Night storage heating included.

For any 2 night starting on a Friday, or 3 night starting on a Thursday, guests can benefit from a late departure time on the Sunday of 6pm, at no extra charge.
