Just outside the bustling Dartmoor town of Bovey Tracey, home of the Designer's Guild, the Lodge at Parke is a sweet little dolls house of a cottage that was once the entrance lodge to the Parke estate. This cosy cottage is perfectly placed for exploring Dartmoor and the south Devon coast: it is only two and a half miles from the A38, the seaside at Teignmouth and lovely Teign estuary is within easy reach, and Dartmoor is practically on your doorstep. The picturesque village of Lustleigh, with its woodland walks, is just up the road, the Teign valley runs to the east, while the high moors are just to the west. Right outside the Lodge, the old estate of Parke is a fascinating place to discover, with its orchard, walled gardens and miles of footpaths.
Ground Floor: sitting/dining room with multi-fuel stove, bedroom (double), steps to kitchen and bathroom.
