An attractive, detached 18th-century cottage located in the historic village of Avebury on a quiet byway leading to the Ridgeway and the Marlborough Downs with excellent walks in all directions. The cottage is situated within the Neolithic Stone Circle and Henge and has superb views towards the surrounding downland. There is a small enclosed garden to the front and side of the cottage with a lawn and mature cherry blossom tree.

Ground Floor: stable door leads into the sitting/dining room with open fire and windows look directly on to the Henge and Stones. Kitchen and separate utility room. First Floor: one double bedroom with 5' antique brass and iron bed. Lovely views from windows to the Henge and Marlborough Downs. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Facilities
Television, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, high chair.



Visitor Notes:
Oil central heating included. Enclosed informal garden to front of cottage. Parking outside of the cottage on the byway or more formal parking can be provided by permit in the main car park.
