This cottage is set in a traditional Welsh rural terrace of three cottages in a quiet lane on the Ysbyty Estate. Ty Mawr Wybrnant, Penmachno is also on the Ysbyty Estate and Bodnant Garden is also within easy driving distance. Nearby is one of the most magnificent views of the main Snowdonia mountain range. The north and west coast towns and beaches are within easy driving distance and there is mountain and country walking nearby. Ideal location for fishing.

Ground Floor: kitchen/dining/sitting area with open fire. First Floor: two interconnecting bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin, both with antique brass/iron beds) and bathrom with mixer tap shower attachment over bath.
