This cottage is set in a traditional Welsh rural terrace of three cottages on the Ysbyty Estate with fine views over the uplands to the south. Ty Mawr Wybrnant, Penmachno is also on the Ysbyty Estate and Bodnant Garden is also within easy driving distance. Nearby is one of the most magnificent views of the main Snowdonia mountain range. The north and west coast towns and beaches are within easy driving distance. Ideal location for fishing.

Ground Floor: kitchen/dining/sitting area with open fire. First Floor: two interconnecting bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin, both with antique brass/iron beds) and bathroom with mixer tap shower over bath.
