This interesting, isolated former gamekeeper's cottage lies in the Ysbyty estate, eight miles south-east of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage, at 1,125 feet, is 450 feet above and a mile from the small village of Ysbyty Ifan where the hospital for the Knights of St John used to be situated. It enjoys magnificent views of surrounding mountains and moorlands. There is no electricity in the cottage; all services are by gas. The small walled garden has magnificent open views.
Ground Floor: sitting/dining room with multi-fuel stove, kitchen, bedroom (double) with antique brass/iron bed and bathroom.
First Floor: one twin bedroom with antique brass/iron beds.
