Christmas / New Year

A National Trust holiday cottage is the perfect place to enjoy a really traditional Christmas or New Year and many of our cottages book well in advance, so please make your reservation early.

Full week reservations for Christmas and New Year can be made for up to two years from the date of booking.

Short breaks can also be accepted from 2nd Tuesday in October onwards; the minimum stay is four nights at this time of year.  

Due to environmental and health and safety regulations we no longer provide trees and lights in our cottages at Christmas time.  Please do not ask caretakers/local contacts to source a tree for you locally as this will not be possible.
