| Message: | Great place to stay, esp with dogs. Lots of varied walks from the doorstep so no need to get in the car everyday. Good beach, if busy, in walking distance. Better and quieter beach a short drive away. Bosherton Lakes provide variety (via farm). The woods more so, although we found the woods to be very muddy and churned up by horses, so recommend taking wellies if you plan to explore them.
Cafe next door is very handy and does a good lunch. it means it is a little noisier and the car park is busy in the summer during the day. However, very quiet at night.
The lack of a TV is a real bonus. The real fire adds character to an otherwise gloomy inside.
Overall confortable, relaxing and a good base for walking. We were here in the summer and may return at a different time of year when it will be quieter. A good get away from it place, without being very isolated.
